Rajesh oversees all operations of Music for Health Nepal, ensuring coordination between our specialized teams and alignment with our strategic vision. With a background in both healthcare administration and nonprofit management, he brings a unique perspective to our work.

Before joining Music for Health, Rajesh worked with several international NGOs on healthcare access projects across South Asia, giving him valuable insights into sustainable development models.

Deepa manages our financial systems, ensuring transparent allocation of funds according to our FSHS model. She oversees our 50-25-15-10 allocation formula, tracking how event proceeds flow to future events (50%), FSHS insurance development (25%), community work (15%), and reserves (10%).

With an MBA in Finance and experience in microfinance, Deepa brings crucial expertise to our sustainability model, helping make healthcare affordable through innovative financial structures.
