The FSHS Model

Our Financially Sustainable Health System uses music events to fund affordable healthcare access

What is the FSHS Model?

The Financially Sustainable Health System (FSHS) is our innovative approach to healthcare delivery in Nepal. Our unique model uses music events to generate funds that directly support affordable healthcare access, with a strategic allocation of resources.

Unlike traditional healthcare models that rely on donations or government funding, the FSHS creates a self-sustaining cycle where profits from music events fund both future events (50%), affordable insurance policies (25%), community health programs (15%), and operational reserves (10%).

This event-based funding strategy ensures long-term sustainability while addressing the healthcare needs of underserved communities. By creating a cycle where music funds healthcare, we build a system that will continue to grow and expand its reach over time.
