With a background in ethnomusicology and event management, Prem designs music experiences that celebrate Nepali culture while maximizing revenue to support our healthcare initiatives through our circular funding model.
Laxmi specializes in traditional Nepali folk performances and coordinates community music events that generate funds for our healthcare initiatives.
Sandip creates energetic rhythm performances for our fundraising events and manages 50% of proceeds for creating additional music events in new communities.
Manisha performs traditional bamboo flute music at our fundraising events and manages 15% of proceeds for community health camps and training programs.
Kumar performs with sarangi and other traditional string instruments at our events and manages 25% of proceeds for the FSHS insurance model.
