Team Lead
Dr. Tamang leads our medical team and oversees the development of our Financially Sustainable Health System (FSHS) model. With over 15 years of experience in rural healthcare delivery, she designs health insurance frameworks that are affordable for all Nepali communities.
She holds an MD from Kathmandu Medical College and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, specializing in healthcare systems for underserved populations.
Dr. Thapa coordinates our insurance implementation programs and develops affordability metrics for health coverage in rural areas.
Dr. Rai specializes in pediatric coverage plans and ensures children's healthcare needs are prioritized in our insurance models.
Dr. Gurung analyzes healthcare coverage data from our events-based funding model to optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
Dr. Sharma ensures mental health services are included in our insurance frameworks and advocates for equitable access across all communities.
